Porter Groundskeeper

We are looking for a highly skilled individual to service apartment communities nationwide. We are looking for a Porter Groundskeeper/Make Ready Maintenance Technician for an apartment community. This position will entail doing the maintenance necessary to get the designated units ready for rental. Candidates should work well in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Electrical work
Plumbing repairs
Rough and finish carpentry
Full apartment painting
Appliance and furniture moving
Gutting and trashing out storage and apartment units
Completion of the full vacant unit turn process

General Requirements / Qualifications

Previous apartment community maintenance experience preferred
General building and grounds maintenance
Knowledge painting, drywall, plumbing & electrical repairs
A/C Certified Type I-II or Universal preferred
Must have a positive attitude / good customer service
Must have own tools
Highly motivated and team-oriented
Apartment Groundskeeping and Light Maintenance: 1 year

Required License or Certification

Must have valid drivers license
Own transportation
Must be able to pass drug screen and criminal background check
